1. Reservations & Payments

All reservations are subject to availability.

A valid payment method is required to confirm your booking.

Prices are quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and may be subject to change without prior notice.
2. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in time: 2:00 PM

Check-out time: 12:00 PM
-
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to additional charges.
3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 7 days prior to arrival will be refunded in full.

Cancellations made within 3–6 days of arrival will incur a 50% charge.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in are non-refundable.

No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
4. Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during their stay.

Any damage to resort property caused by guests will be charged accordingly.

Illegal activities or behavior that disrupts other guests will not be tolerated.
5. Use of Facilities

Pool, spa, and other amenities are to be used at guests’ own risk.

Children must be supervised by adults at all times.

Alcohol consumption is permitted only in designated areas.

Smoking is prohibited in non-smoking zones and rooms.
6. Ayurveda & Wellness Treatments

Treatments are subject to prior booking and availability.

Guests must disclose any health conditions, allergies, or medications before treatments.

The resort will not be liable for adverse effects resulting from undisclosed conditions.
7. Liability

The resort is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal items.

The resort shall not be held liable for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, government regulations).
8. Privacy
We value your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
9. Changes to Terms
Oasis Ayurveda Resort reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
