Reservation Cancellations

Guests must inform us of cancellations at least 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time.

Cancellations made within this time frame will be eligible for a refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to check-in will be charged the full reservation amount.

No-shows will be considered as late cancellations and will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days from the cancellation request.

Refunds will be made to the same payment method used at the time of booking.

Bank or payment gateway charges, if applicable, may be deducted from the refund amount.
